Critical Path Finder: PATH Programme Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Critical Path Finder PATH Programme. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your ("Participant," "you," "your") enrolment in and use of our 4-week PATH Programme ("Programme") .

By purchasing and enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The PATH Programme

Critical Path Finder provides structured guidance and practical frameworks to empower international students and alumni in their UK transition and integration journey . Our services are designed to help you Prepare, Adapt, Transform, and Harness opportunities for a successful life in the UK .

The Programme includes:

• Four weeks of structured content themed around the PATH system (Prepare, Adapt, Transform, Harness) .

• Weekly live teaching sessions and Q&A sessions with Critical Path Finder facilitators and guest speakers .

• Access to a private online community for peer discussions and support (e.g., Facebook Group) .

• A suite of digital resources, including the PATH System Workbook, supplementary videos, templates, and guides .

• Self-paced exercises and homework assignments designed to reinforce learning .

• Post-programme check-ins at 30 and 90 days to measure success .

2. Payment and Fees

• Programme Fee: The full Programme fee is required upon enrolment to secure your place. All fees are to be paid in Great British Pounds (GBP).

• Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Programme, including all live sessions, digital resources, and the community platform.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality programme. Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to intellectual property upon enrolment, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cooling-Off Period: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase, provided that the main Programme has not yet commenced and you have not downloaded a substantial portion of the digital resources.

• No Refunds After Programme Start: Once the Programme has officially begun with the "Welcome & Orientation" session , or once you have accessed the core Programme materials, no refunds will be issued.

• Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, any decision to issue a partial or full refund will be at the sole discretion of Critical Path Finder.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided as part of the Programme, including but not limited to the PATH System framework, workbooks, videos, templates, guides, and presentation slides, are the exclusive intellectual property of Critical Path Finder .

• Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Programme materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, sharing, selling, or creating derivative works from any Programme content without the express written consent of Critical Path Finder.

5. Community Code of Conduct

As a participant, you will have access to a private community of your peers . You agree to:

• Be respectful, professional, and supportive in all interactions.

• Maintain the confidentiality of other participants and not share their personal stories or information outside the group.

• Refrain from any form of hate speech, bullying, or harassment.

• Not use the community for unsolicited promotion or spam.

Critical Path Finder reserves the right to remove any participant from the community and the Programme without a refund for violating this Code of Conduct.

6. Important Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Success: The Programme provides guidance, tools, and frameworks to support your transition . However, your success is dependent on your own effort, commitment, and personal circumstances. Critical Path Finder does not guarantee any specific outcome, such as securing employment, a specific type of visa, or acceptance into any further programme.

• Not Legal or Immigration Advice: The Programme focuses on professional development, cultural integration, and practical life skills . The content provided does not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, legal, financial, or immigration advice. We do not provide guidance on visa applications, sponsorship, or any legal matters related to UK immigration . You are strongly encouraged to consult with qualified and regulated professionals, such as an immigration solicitor or the Home Office, for any legal or immigration-specific queries .

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Critical Path Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability of Critical Path Finder for any claim arising from your participation in the Programme shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for the Programme.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you share during the Programme will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You, as a participant, agree to respect the privacy of other participants and the confidential information shared within the group setting.

8. Programme Access & Delivery

• The Programme is delivered via a combination of platforms, which may include Zoom/Teams for live sessions, a dedicated platform for resources (e.g., Systeme.io), and a private community discussions platform.

• You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and the necessary technical equipment to participate fully in the Programme .

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
